Your Right to Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data held by Future41. This applies to:

  • Contact and lead form submissions
  • Email communications and subscriber data
  • Account information if you have used our client portal
  • Any other personal data we hold about you

How to Submit a Request

To request deletion of your data, please email us with the subject line "Data Deletion Request":

Include the following in your email:

  • Your full name
  • Email address(es) you used when contacting or signing up
  • Any other information that helps us identify your records (e.g., phone number, business name)
Send Deletion Request Email

What Happens Next

  1. We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days.
  2. We will verify your identity to ensure we delete the correct data.
  3. Your data will be deleted or anonymised within 30 days of verification.
  4. We will send you a confirmation once the deletion is complete.

Exceptions

In some cases we may be required to retain certain data:

  • Financial records required by tax law (typically 7 years)
  • Data subject to an active legal dispute or regulatory obligation
  • Fraud prevention records

We will inform you of any data we are unable to delete and the reason why.

Facebook / Meta App Data (Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp)

If you connected with us via a Facebook application, a Meta Lead Ad, or by messaging us on Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, or WhatsApp, you may request deletion of that data — including any messages and your platform-scoped identifier (PSID) — by emailing hello@future41.com or by using Facebook's data deletion callback. We honour all such requests and will delete your data within 30 days.
