Your Right to Data Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data held by Future41. This applies to:
- Contact and lead form submissions
- Email communications and subscriber data
- Account information if you have used our client portal
- Any other personal data we hold about you
How to Submit a Request
To request deletion of your data, please email us with the subject line "Data Deletion Request":
Include the following in your email:
- Your full name
- Email address(es) you used when contacting or signing up
- Any other information that helps us identify your records (e.g., phone number, business name)
What Happens Next
- We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days.
- We will verify your identity to ensure we delete the correct data.
- Your data will be deleted or anonymised within 30 days of verification.
- We will send you a confirmation once the deletion is complete.
Exceptions
In some cases we may be required to retain certain data:
- Financial records required by tax law (typically 7 years)
- Data subject to an active legal dispute or regulatory obligation
- Fraud prevention records
We will inform you of any data we are unable to delete and the reason why.
Facebook / Meta App Data
If you connected with us via a Facebook application or Meta Lead Ad, you may also request deletion directly through Facebook's data deletion callback. We honour all such requests and will delete your data within 30 days.
